Payment

Although our fees are very competitive and we work within our clients’ budgets, we don’t believe in taking shortcuts or putting our patients’ lives at risk. We only use the best in surgical materials, anaesthetics, monitoring equipment and medications.

Payment of all services is required on the day of service. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and have EFTPOS facilities.

We understand that your pet may require involved veterinary care when you least expect it and when finances are tight, so The Animal Doctors also offers VetPay and Openpay as out sourced payment options.

VetPay and Openpay are payment plan which allows you to spread the payment of your account over the nominated time frame. There is a percentage of the bill that will need to be paid on the day, then each additional installment is debited directly from your nominated bank account or credit card. There is a small application fee and monthly account keeping fees, so please read the fine print on their websites before applying.

Some conditions do apply and pre approval is always preferred.
