Emergencies

In an emergency, please stay calm and call us immediately on 03 5941 3822. If you are calling during clinic hours, explain to the receptionist what seems to be the problem and we will advise you on what you need to do.

If you are calling after hours with a small animal emergency, listen to the message carefully and you will be put through to the Veterinary Referral and Emergency Centre in Dandenong.

We are very fortunate to be able to have them help our clients when they are in need. They are a well-equipped facility set up specifically for emergencies and after hours care.

We work together with the Veterinary Referral and Emergency Centre so should you need to take your pet there, we will be contacted with a report so we can help you with any follow up appointments and treatments.
